Dr. Aquino and Staff, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for the wonderful experience I had during my first visit today to establish care and receive a dental cleaning. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Your office is absolutely beautiful—so peaceful, immaculate, and inviting that it truly felt like Heaven on earth. My dental cleaning was one of the most pleasant I have ever experienced. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and attentive, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Every member of your team made me feel valued and cared for. It is rare to find a healthcare practice that combines such exceptional clinical care with a genuinely warm and compassionate atmosphere. Sandra was an amazing hygienist. Went in for a cleaning and told her I was hesitant about some key areas and asked her to be cautious. She was extremely gentle and truly cared for my concerns and needs. Excellent customer service from all the staff and the Dentist came by to review my mouth and teeth as well. I will continue to come here.

I totally recommend A’s Family Dentistry. The whole office is wonderful! The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly, from the front desk to the dentist! Sandra has been my Dental Hygienist and she is so patient and gentle and knows how to put me at ease. The dentist I have is Dr. Nerissa D. Aquino, DDS. She’s also very knowledgeable, friendly and doesn’t try to oversell what’s not necessary. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently relocated from North Carolina to Florida and was on the lookout for a quality dental facility. By chance, I discovered this place while exploring the shops in the plaza. I walked in and asked one of the women at the front desk if they accepted my dental insurance. The two ladies there were warm and welcoming, so I decided to schedule my first appointment. After returning home, I read reviews about the practice and was pleased to find they have excellent feedback. I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Aquino and Sandra during my dental journey. Their gentle and professional approach was outstanding. I had back-to-back dental and medical appointments that day, and they were very accommodating to my needs. I’m starting to better understand how dental insurance works. It can be challenging, but finding a dental facility and staff willing to work with your insurance based on your needs makes all the difference. I will highly recommend this dental facility. ~Arlene~
